We offer a service agreement with a variety of sizes including 15, 20, 30, and 40 cubic yard open top dumpster
All our invoices are on a day service agreement However, if you need your dumpster exchanged, swapped out, or round trip before 30 days, the billing cycle starts over again on the day of the transaction. We highly recommend contacting us 1-2 days before you need your dumpster delivered, exchanged, or picked up.
Property owner and/or contractor assumes all liability of any potential damages related to delivery and pick up of the dumpster.
Here are some examples of what you CAN DISPOSE of: cardboard boxes, furniture, junk, flooring, drywall, sinks, counter tops, bathtubs, glass, plastics (not containing liquids), dirt, books, clothing, metal (not appliances), fencing, concrete, pack, roofing shingles, wood, rocks, faucets, lighting fixtures, etc.
Here are some examples of what you CAN NOT DISPOSE: Hazardous materials, batteries, wet paint cans, liquids (chemicals, cleaners, etc.), tires, aerosol cans, pesticides, herbicides, flammable liquids, mercury-based material, appliances, propane tanks, solvents, computers, tvs, asbestos, flammable liquids, oil filters, biohazards materials, lightbulbs, or gasoline.

ALL DUMPSTER MUST HAVE 60' (feet) OF AREA FOR PLACEMENT AND MUST BE ACCESSIBLE TO AVOID ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGE

While the dimensions of a dumpster can vary, the volume always matches the name of the dumpster. Dumpsters also have weight limits, so a dumpster that holds twice the volume won’t necessarily hold twice the weight.
